Early Spring on the Stones is the first spring painting for this year. I decided to paint a Bradford Pear along the Stones River just passed the dam. The cloudy weather allowed the blooms to stand out in their true colors and made for a great subject. This peaceful end of day scene is perfect for the serene sunset fans. Painted with rounds and flats, and Gamblin 1980 oil paint. Thanks for viewing.
