In this scene I was looking to capture the beautiful backlight gleaming through the plum blossoms and over the street into the gorgeous little neighborhood park called Rachel’s Walk. Located in the very picturesque and peaceful lakeside area called Old Hickory. Since the beginning of spring I have been using my flats as my go to brushes. So needless to say, this piece was created with my 8&12 flats.
